Since I had a four day weekend thanks to Veteran's Day and my discretionary day at work, it sure made for a relaxing weekend with my guys! Saturday was incredible out, and I'm so glad we took advantage of our day together and put off our usual cleaning and to-dos! Especially because Monday it got COLD!!! BRR! We had a blast going for a couple of walks in the country and at the lake, being silly together, exploring and making dinner! Love these special times with my guys!!
Highlights and Insights into our VK life! We hope to capture some of our special moments, thoughts and experiences as we move through this life together one day at a time!

The Difference 15 Minutes Makes...
It is amazing the difference 15 minutes and a pair of scissors can make! The other night, in 15 minutes, my sweet Kincaid went from our little boy
to our Big Boy!
It's amazing how much difference an inch or two less hair and 15 minutes can make!
Isn't he a handsome fella like his papa? I sure think so!
K's Oct @ W & G
Kincaid had a great October and first month at his new childcare! The crew at the new center do a great job, have a ton of energy, and make every day a new adventure for the kiddos!
We have been so grateful to have a center so close! No more having my guys on the road so much each day!
Kincaid is cared for by: Jordan & Denise(primaries), and occasionally by Rebecca, Ashley and Vonda.
Denise is below and one of Kincaid's favorites!
The kids spend a lot of time outdoors when it is nice playing and drawing.
Learning about teamwork and sharing.
They also have great older kids that love playing with the littles and taking time to read to them.
This month Kincaid had fun playing:
-with puzzles
-outdoors
-with babies
-with new friends
-on the rocking horse
-in the kitchen area
-with books and reading
-and dancing
-with trains and building tracks
-with crayons and coloring books
-with the tubes and crawling through the tunnels
-with the shape sorter
-with blocks
He also worked on:
-not pushing other kids
-sharing toys
-using please and thank you instead of whining
-sign language
